OUR HISTORY

The core executive management team of SHM, led by Gary Patel, has a combined industry experience of well over 100 years. Starting from grassroots, Gary envisioned and structured standard development and operating systems for unparalleled growth, superior product quality, service excellence, long term business sustainability and professional development of our associates.

 

Our portfolio of hotels now has multiple locations which consist of select service mid-scale and full-service hotels with Brands such as Marriott, Hilton, IHG and more.

 

Our unique system provides powerful resources across our portfolio of brands delivering solutions to constantly drive attention to detail to our product quality, superior service levels, investment value and fair return on investment.

 

Our unique strength can be contributed to our productive culture, our understanding of different markets, defining and redefining our strategies, setting the bar beyond our competitors reach and establishing effective long-term relationships with all our business partners.

Our vision is to continue our growth, by acquiring and developing outstanding hotels across Utah and Southern California and beyond by using our strengths, best practices, and expertise.
